The fifth generation restaurant owner
The fifth generation owner of the Okame Sushi, visiting the Toyosu fish Market himself every morning for the finest fish of the day. He loves sake, going out, and especially fishing. He spends all the weekend for fishing, with Japanese traditional bamboo fishing rod. This passion for fishing led his numerous appearances in magazines and on TV.
He is also a member of the Soy-Sauce research society and the Shiba rakugo society and a director of the Shiba Centennial Society consisted of local long-established shops working to promote the traditions that have continued for over 100 years for the local community.
